Refund policy

We do not accept any returns of order once placed through our website.

However, return can be placed if defective items or missing items are delivered.

However, it has to be notified within 3 days after the parcel has reached.

Process for Return in Case of Mistakes

  • Opening video 360 full is compulsory for claims regarding any issues of product.
  • If any error or mistakes in order, the product must be returned to us within 10 days of the order received date.
  • After verification, only we will proceed with a refund.

  • Note: Courier charges for the return parcel are to be borne by the customer.

Refunds

In case of return parcels, we will check the items and after they are properly received, we will credit the payment back to the original payment method within 2 to 3 working days.

We do not exchange any products or orders.
